Overview

This page explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. Calaj Agency is a small, independent agency — this is a plain-language description of our actual practices, not a template filled with boilerplate we don't follow.

Information from the contact form

When you submit the contact form, the information you provide (name, email or WhatsApp number, company, project details, and anything else you enter) is sent to Calaj Agency solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't sell this information, and we don't use it for anything beyond replying to you and, if you become a client, delivering the work you hired us for.

The form is processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. Web3Forms receives your submission and forwards it to our inbox by email; it acts as our processor for this one function. See Web3Forms' own privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general traffic patterns — which pages are visited, roughly how people navigate the site, and which devices and browsers are common among visitors. This helps us keep the site fast, fix broken pages, and understand what's useful to visitors.

• Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies (such as browser storage) to distinguish visitors and sessions.
• Analytics is off by default. It only activates if you click "Accept Analytics" on the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or later through "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any page.
• If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent for your visit.
• You can change your choice at any time — see "Your choices" below.
• Nothing you type into the contact form is ever sent to Google Analytics. The two are entirely separate systems; analytics only records anonymous, aggregate usage of the pages you visit, never form content.
• We don't use Google Ads or any advertising features of Google Analytics on this site.

Your choices

You can accept or decline analytics cookies when the banner first appears, and change your mind at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer of any page on this site. Declining doesn't affect your ability to use the site, browse our work, or submit the contact form — analytics is entirely optional.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent visitor or client information to third parties. We don't use tracking pixels, ad networks, or cross-site advertising identifiers on this site. We don't require a login or account to browse the site or read case studies.
