Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of this website (calajagency.com). By browsing this site, you agree to them. They don't cover the terms of an actual client engagement — if you hire Calaj Agency for a project, the scope, price, and deliverables for that project are agreed with you directly, separately from this page.

Use of this website

This site is provided to showcase Calaj Agency's services, process, and portfolio, and to let visitors get in touch. You're welcome to browse it, read the case studies, and use the contact form to reach out about a project. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that could harm other visitors.

The portfolio is conceptual

Three of the projects shown on this site — Aurea, Verdeo, and Campaign System — are concept projects created by Calaj Agency itself to demonstrate its process and capabilities. They are clearly labeled "Concept Project" wherever they appear. There is no real client, contract, or campaign behind any of them, and no result, revenue figure, testimonial, or performance metric associated with them should be taken as real. Sample contact details in that work use the reserved .example domain.

Ownership of content

The design, layout, code, illustrations, and written content of this website — including the three concept projects above — belong to Calaj Agency unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to share a link to this site, but please don't reproduce, redistribute, or present this content (including the concept project work) as your own.

Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of third-party services to function: fonts from Fontshare and Google Fonts, the contact form via Web3Forms, and — only with your consent — Google Analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details on what each of these does and the choices you have.

No warranty

This website is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate, fast, and available, but we don't guarantee it will be free of errors or uninterrupted at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Calaj Agency isn't liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. This section doesn't apply to a separate written agreement for client work, which would set its own terms.
